2022 Muscat Canelli

Our 2022 Texas High Plains Muscat Canelli is an experimental take on the Muscat Canelli grape, which is mainly recognized for its use in sweeter wines, although it is made into dry wines in some areas of the world as well. This dry white wine, made with 100% Texas grown Muscat Canelli and Giallo grapes, will surprise the senses with the aroma of juicy fruit gum, herbal notes of rose water, and subtle melon.

2022 Trebbiano

Our single varietal, 2022 Texas High Plains Trebbiano is another one of our experimental approaches to winemaking. The Trebbiano grape is mainly used as a blending grape throughout the world rather than in the single varietal style. By using 100% Texas Grown Trebbiano grapes that have a higher sugar content due to the Texas heat, we can create a dry, full-bodied white wine with rich notes of pear, stone fruit, toasted almond, and a soft buttery finish.

Our award winning, 2021 Tempranillo Rosé is our rich and savory adaptation of a traditional Rosé. By using 100% Texas Grown Tempranillo Grapes and allowing longer skin contact, this full-bodied Rosé becomes a beautiful Ruby colored dry wine with notes of raspberry, strawberry, and savory green peppercorn.
